Flou was born from the belief that individuals flourish when supported holistically through the mind-body connection. The idea for Flou was inspired by our personal journeys and shared vision to create a space to help children unlock their full potential and flourish through their authentic selves. As parents and professionals, we recognized the gap in comprehensive, accessible care that nurtures both children’s development and families’ well-being beyond academics.

With this in mind, we created Flou – a sanctuary that empowers families through expert-led, evidence-based therapies and programs. From paediatric occupational therapy to speech and art therapy, kids yoga, and sensory playgroups, with the aim to provide a well-rounded support to children’s growth – emotionally, physically, and socially.

At the heart of Flou’s mission is the belief that a nurturing environment is essential for growth and development. That’s why we are equally committed to empowering parents through wellness programs that complement the care we provide to children. By prioritizing self-care, we enable parents to show up stronger for their children and for those who need them most.

As with the above, Flou’s story would not be complete without the unwavering support of our husbands and families. Their belief in our vision and constant encouragement were pivotal in bringing this dream to life.
