Flou is an allied health wellness centre dedicated to empowering children and their families through a holistic, evidence-based approach. We offer paediatric therapy services, including paediatric occupational therapy (POT) designed to support children’s development and mental well-being beyond academics.

Our experienced and compassionate team work closely with children from infancy through their school years. We’re here to help little ones build confidence, develop strong motor and communication skills, and learn to manage big emotions — all within a nurturing, play-based environment that feels safe and supportive. 

Beyond therapy, Flou offers thoughtfully curated programs that enrich our core services and support the whole child. Our Kids Yoga and OT-curated sensory playgroups are created to build emotional resilience, body awareness, and physical well-being through playful, engaging experiences.
